style(journal): иконки кнопок в виде «сетка» на Lucide

Те же глифы ✎/✦/× в gridEntryHTML() переведены на pencil/sparkles/trash-2.
В admin.css добавлен .card .del svg в правило размера 16px — иначе иконка
удаления отрисовалась бы в дефолтные 24px.

Заод закрыты оба вида журнала: .journal-card (карточки) и .card (сетка).
